How we secure, store and retain your data.
We follow generally accepted standards to store and protect the personal data we collect, both during transmission and once received and stored, including utilization of encryption where appropriate.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Services you have requested and thereafter for a variety of legitimate legal or business purposes. These might include retention periods:

Customer owned data will be stored and processed by us through provision of our cloud application services. At any time during a service agreement, the customer may request (via the support desk) the return of their data. Subject to such a request, the customer’s data will be returned within three working days. At termination of a service agreement, customer data will be retained for a period of 14 days before it is deleted from our systems and will no longer be retrievable.

Back-up Policy
Valuechain Technology will follow its archiving procedures for Customer Data which are set out in its Back-Up Policy which can be seen here. Valuechain Technology is free to alter its Back Up Policy when it wants to. Valuechain Technology will not be responsible for any loss, destruction, alteration or disclosure of Customer Data caused by any third party (unless they are the Valuechain Technology’s own sub contractors).
‘Do Not Track’ notifications.
Some browsers allow you to automatically notify websites you visit not to track you using a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no consensus among industry participants as to what “Do Not Track” means in this context. Like many websites and online services, we currently do not alter our practices when we receive a “Do Not Track” signal from a visitor’s browser.
